Since 1936, LeBoulch has been developing and manufacturing skips and universal spreaders, platform trailers and wagon racks.

To combine the technical performance, quality and, above all, the hard-wearing properties of its equipment in extreme conditions, the company has made considerable investments to modernise its production tool.

To achieve this, three imperatives: firstly, the choice of a high performance polyurethane paint with high dry content; secondly, easy to use dosing equipment and reliable pumping; and finally, light, user-friendly paint guns offering top of the range spraying quality.

After several consultations and trials, the choice went to KREMLIN REXSON equipment for a number of reasons: the quality of the tender, submitted jointly by BIGNARD and KREMLIN REXSON's technical department, and the quality of the equipment proposed:

► Hard-wearing Intensives™ pumps and FLOWMAX® bellows pump technologies for the catalysts, eliminating the risk of circuit leakage and clogging (original system of bellows joints on the intake – patented – guaranteeing a perfect seal.

The unit selected includes: 3 CYCLOMIX™ Multi dosing systems for two components, 8 Intensives™ 40.130 pumps and 2 FLOWMAX® 40.25 F pumps along with stirring devices for perfect paint homogeneity.
The painting of chassis is done at once with AIRMIX® guns fitted with swivel joints and electrostatically for parts in complicated shapes to take advantage of maximum all-round access.

Messrs Sylvain Deschamps and François Hidalgo give us their impressions after several months' use: "We apply around 200 kg of primer and 80 to 100 kg of paint each day and have to change colours regularly – we offer 6 standard colours in our catalogue and one hammered colour.
